Hello, Thanks for the query.
Since the person is on Olemsartan 20 mg plus Amlodepine 5 mg for her BP, it appears that swelling of the lower limbs is due to Amlodepine as that drug does cause lower limb swelling in some patients. Plus it is also essential to achieve a strict blood glucose control with fasting < 100 mg, Pp 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. So you may have to change the BP treatment with a suitable drug. Thanks.

Hello sir, hope you are doing good. Pls don't stop bp medication, unless doctor ask you to stop. Diabetes, bp require a long term medication. But this might also lead to your constipation problem. If you have constipation more than occasionally or have severe pain or bleeding, it's important to check-in with your doctor as these symptoms can be a sign of a more serious digestive disorder. However, in most cases constipation is just a sign that your diet needs more fiber. The average adult needs ...more

It may even be something recommended by an elder in the family. The biggest disadvantage of such laxatives is that they are habit forming. Once you start takingthem, you cannot leave them. Otherwise, you will not be able to evacuate your bowels in a satisfactory manner. Here, Homeopathy offers the biggest advantage. The hom...more
