Fungal infections are becoming resistant to treatment now a days. Follow proper dosing of oral (like itraconazole) and topical cream (like sertaconazole/ luliconazole. Keep the area dry and clean. Use separate towel for u. Visit nearest dermatolgist. Thanks.

u need to keep the area dry. bath twicw a day, change clothes daily, wash clothes separately. apply the cream for 2 months continuously. if not coming down, u may need tablets. consult online if u need help
