Please do not apply topisal without consultation as it may cause irritation. I would suggest that you do not apply anything except moisturizer (so that the disease is not modified by any topical application) for at least7 days and then consult a dermatologist near you.

i hope the fungal infection was confirmed by KOH testing. for tinesa infection of the groins and thighs a minimum treatment of 6-8 weeeks is recommmended. therefore you must have continous tretament for it to completely erdicate your infection. moreover to avoid reinfection you need to practice some general precautions like keeping these area clean and dry; maintaining general hygiene, avoid sharing clothes and towels, using antifungal dusting powder; treating any associated n...more
