Whenever you describe a child's disease her weight is a must to suggest dosage of medicines. If you can buy medicines there without your gp's prescription you give her emeset (ondansetron) syrup 205 ml and inform me. If she still feeds from bottle you must stop bottle and feed her with glass or cup, no matter how much you sterilise the bottle/

Black stool is not a good sign for you .as you are suffering from dengue there could be chances of internal bleeding and may be thats why you are facing this. So for precise diagnosis we should know your platelet count or are there any red colour eruption or patches on your body? It can be medicinal effect also .i will advise to consult your nearby general physician.

Do not take ridol. Sounds like food poisoning. If water loss is making patient dehydrated then may need some iv fluid replacement. And a course of antibiotics at the max.
