Tinea cruris is a fungal infection of groin. You could have applied econazole and oxiconazole ointments and concurrently try (biochemic) bio combination no 20. Requires detailed questioning so as to ascertain your personality and to treat you symptomatically. Treatment is available, safe and without side effects in biochemic system of medication. Consult me in private.

Tinea cruris is a dermatophyte, a type of fungal infection of the groin region in either sex, though more often seen in males. The fungicidal allylamines (naftifine and terbinafine) and butenafine (allylamine derivative) are a more costly group of topical tinea treatments, yet they are more convenient as they allow for a shorter duration of treatment compared with fungistatic azoles (clotrimazole, econazole, ketoconazole, oxiconazole.

Which are the sites involved. Stop using clob-m cream. If it is extensive you may require oral treatment, which can be given only after examination. If localized then topical treatment will suffice. Zoderm-E cream is a topical antifungal cream, which can be started after confirmation of diagnosis. Show to a nearby dermatologist who will diagnose and prescribe treatment. Antifungal treatment to be continued for two weeks after symptom clearance to prevent recurrence.
