This will cause some withdrawal symptoms for about a week.
Try adding some physical exercise like yoga or running in your routine which will decrease the intensity of craving and other withdrawal symptoms follow universal sleep hygeine, most importantly do not use bed for lying down or sleeping during day time.

Kindly consult a psychiatrist, get your symptoms evaluated, and he will gradually wane you off the pills and give pills which promote better psychological well being by acting on the cause.
