Hello, sir. Both of the medicines have same chemical composition, so theoretically yes you can use any of them. But, why it is better to follow a prescribed drug is because, two drugs having similar composition may have different absorption rates in the body and thus have different efficacy. But, in your case yes you may use the medicine. Hope this helps.

Hi Adil ! Read your complaints. So you are suffering from a long time. You haven't mentioned about your blood pressure and even your profession or study. Above prescribed medicines are multiple in number and should not be taken for a long time not even for few days. You are too young to start these medicines.
As I don't know about your lifestyle much, but one thing I can say surely is if you change your lifestyle u can get rid of all your complaints. Try to reduce stress if present. Have a...more

Hi sir, zix r od is a very effective painkiller your pain should be soon over :),sir, see to that you have been sleeping properly, and not doing activities that are straining your eyes. Inspite of a good rest if the pain does not subside, or unable to sleep due to the pain, I would highly request to meet the doctor in person.

Dear lybrate-user
There is no relation with the medication to the high BP. Do recheck Bp by a physician and treat accordingly.

Hello,
each medicine though has a dose and is to be used accordingly, its not fair neither correct to discuss the use of medicines without knowing the disease and the aim of prescribing medicines it will be best for you if you consult the doctor who has prescribed the medication. Else the second best option will be to reconsult a doctor with complete details. Thats the best option for you.

Hello lybrate-user.
Aceclofenac and paracetamol both have very bad effects on liver and kidney.
If you can, take homoeopathic treatment.
It is better and no side effects.
If you want to take them keep difference of half an hour at least.

Yes, take it only SOS, don't make it as a regular habit. Apart from that ice packs application can be given, and if you are better just follow proper warm up exercises and regular muscles strengthening exercises.
