From 2021 october I faced frequent flu, cold and cough. Extreme congestion in throat and runny nose. After some 5-6 regular flu and deteriorating health, I went to doctor and he treated ne with anti histamines, 22 injections and lungs related drugs. He also added that your covid result could be positive. Although I never encountered fever. Again I am suffering from sore throat and high level tiredness, and now I can not help myself. I am now over and thinking again and again that I am suffering from serious infection

1. Do saline gargles daily.
