you should immediately stop applying it. It is a steroid and it would harm your face. It would be better if you consult with some photographs as treatment is different for every patient. Wash the affected skin two to three times a day.
Keep the affected area dry.
Avoid excess affected skin irritation by wearing 100% cotton underwear.
Avoid fabric softeners, bleaches, or harsh laundry detergents.

I suggest that it is better to wash hand for 20 sec with soap and water then use sanitisers. If there is no provision of soap and water then think of sanitiser. Cdc recommends use of 65-90% ethyl or isopropyl alcohol. Take care.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily.
Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week.
You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.
