Tacrolimus ointment helps reduce inflammatory skin reactions. It is prescribed for people with moderate-to-severe eczema, usually as an alternative to other treatments such as steroid creams or ointments. It is applied topically (on to the skin) to reduce symptoms such as inflammation, redness and itching.
You cannot use it for the penis foreskin and above all, it is wrong and unwanted to think that the foreskin is tight can be softened by any cream.

Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.

Clobetamil g cream is a strong steroid and not to be used on face. Your skin becomes steroid dependent and shows side effects which is difficult to treat. Skin becomes thin, facial hairs grow dark, pimples start appearing etc.
