Hey lybrate-user. It's important to understand that supplements are a way to enhance the results you're looking for. It's not a life long support to one. The recommended allowance for creat is 3 grams a day and need to consume 750 ml of extra water with your current intake. With multivitamin there are many available in the market but we need to figure which will suit your needs by getting a blood test done to see if there is any deficiencies in the body.

Hello lybrate-user, I strongly recommend against using such products as they can be harmful in the long run. If we follow a well planned and healthy diet you can achieve the same results naturally and in a healthy way.

Hello-
1. Eat more foods containing vitamin C, antioxidants, zinc, and amino acids.
2. Wear boxers instead of briefs.
3. Avoid taking baths. Showers are fine, however.
4. Reduce your stress levels and manage your weight.
5. Get enough rest and stay away from lubricants during sex.

Yes increases resting testosterone level
it act through an increased rate of conversion of testosterone to dht.
Thus creatine may not lead to a measurable increase in testosterone levels but instead exert its effect by converting testosterone to a more acxtive form.
