Dear, soak 4-5 dry dates (khurma khajur) in a cup of milk while going to bed at night. On waking up next morning eat those soaked dates and discard the milk. Continue the process for at least 15 days.

Common causes of anal fissure include: Passing large or hard stools. Constipation and straining during bowel movements. Chronic diarrhea.

Yes, you can consult a surgeon in person to get examined and get your diagnosis confirmed. For any ano rectal problems ,avoid two things. Constipation and straining. Also add hot sitz bath and application of ointment before going to pass stool. These will surely help.
