a person can ease the symptoms with a few simple exercises.
1. Neck stretchkeep your body straight.
Push your chin forward in a way that stretches the throat.
Softly tense the neck muscles.
Hold this for 5 seconds.Return your head to its center position.

kindly use a sunscreen with zinc oxide it its ingredients. Only spf doesn't determine the efficacy of a sun screen. You keep your face covered with a thick cloth whenever you step out of your house. It will protect you physically from sun. Also, effect of the sunscreen starts in half an hour and it stays for three hours. So you should apply the sunscreen half an hour before sun exposure and reapply every three hours. Cosmetics won't change your complexion. You start taking tomatoes, gr...more
