Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily
use sunscreen with spf 30 daily.
Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week.
You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Only soap or Acnestar gel cannot treat it. For a deep scar get a subcision done. For dark spots microdermabrasion and chemical peels will help.

You may need oral antibiotics or retinoids depending on grade of acne after consulting.
Other things that can be tried is aziderm 10% cream for marks at night good sleep
avoid sweets and milk products
exercise
get tested for pcos if periods are irregular or other hormonal issues.

Yes, you definitely can. Most zinc preperation come in low dose and even by mistake if you take little excess of it, usually it get washed off from body.
Just a side note, only zinc & multivitamins will not improve your acne. Take proper treatment for acne according to your type of skin and severity of acne.
