Had it being lymphoma then it would not responde to ant I tb drugs. Pyrazinamide used as tb drug can cause increase s uric acid which can cause pain. As treatment stopped 6 month back, that also will not a cause.

Normal tuberculosis (i. E not drug resistant) can be treated along with presence of pregnancy. Not to worry if one has been given rifampicin, isoniazid, ethambutol and pyrazinamide for treatment of tb along with pregnancy. If you are only on these two medicine since begining then your treatment is wrong. Need pyrazinamide in first 2 months of your treatment and also dose of ethambutol is not as per yout weight. Get urine examination routine and culture to r/o urine infection.

Yes TB can be cured If you take treatment properly. Some medicine are for TB some for preventing side effects to TB medicine and some for preventing neurological complications of TB itself.
The medicines will continue for 12 months to 18 months.

If fresh infection and initial treatment, Then better start with four drugs having rifampicin, etyhambutol, isoniazid and pyrazinamide as per weight for first 2 months and then drop pyrazinamide and continue rest for next 4 months. All drugs should be taken together empty stomach with water.

Hi as per your infromation ,akt4 have 4 salt rifampicin ,isoniazid ,ethambutol, pyrazinamide, many times seen that pyrazinamid have side effects of joint pain, then it must be better for confirm blood test for better examination of osterarthrits and rehumatoid like cbc, esr, anti ccp test ,rf factor.
