Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. We will have to find out a cause for this, whether there is any compression in spine which is causing this or not.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Avoid outside and, junk food.
Get easy options which do not require extra cooking like cereals, porridges, soups, etc which are home made with minimal efforts.
Go for jobs or any activity which will ensure you burn extra calories..
