Your tsh levels are normal, & b12 levels are just above the minimal. If you have no symptoms of any kind then need not worry. But if you feel may take mego tablets daily one for a few days to prop up b12 level.

Avoid outside and, junk food.

Get easy options which do not require extra cooking like cereals, porridges, soups, etc which are home made with minimal efforts.

Go for jobs or any activity which will ensure you burn extra calories..

You have to take a conscious effort to ensure weight loss is possible, as you already know your problem.
