Vertigo is common and not dangerous. Rest, some vertigo tablets like Betahistine and it improves. If it is on lying down, getting up from bed, you can get quick relief by Epleys manoeuvre, meet ENT specialist.

Stugeron is not the best Medicine to treat Minieres disease. I would recommend you do not self treat, but be under the guidelance of an ENT Surgeon. I would prefer Betahistine as the first drug to treat Minieres disease.

b. Kumari asav 2 tsp twice a day with warm water

Meniere's disease basically results from an increase in the pressure of fluid in the inner ear. Goal of therapy is to prevent attacks of vertigo & provide symptomatic relief during the acute attacks.

You would have had SOM (secretory otitis media) Fluid must have got collected behind the ear drum for which that procedure must have been done.
