if you have done an h. Pylori test and it is negative, you have ruled out the infectious cause for gastritis. This leaves you with stress as the causative factor for gastritis. U take thin dal ok. Take low calorie high protein low sodium diet. Don't take coffee. Don't drink water immediately after meal. 10-12 glass water you can take.

At 40 years, HbA1c% should be closer to 6.8%, to say one has good control. From the glucose levels mentioned, it is clear that present treatment is not helping in controlling blood glucose level. Ideally FBG should be < 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <6.8.
