Avoid all junk food. Eat less oily & less spicy food items. Drink water around 15-20 mins before having food. Take divol-la 10 ml thrice daily after food alongside lansoprazole, which you'll need to continue for 6-8 weeks.

Have you tried changing your diet along with the medication? Are there any other symptoms you are experiencing?
H pylori usually causes gastritis and ulceration. In most cases, taking antacids helps with the symptoms. Long term unhealed ulcers may shape up to become cancerous. Having an endoscopy done and if required a biopsy is not harmful.

Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query.
Pulse rate of 55 to 65 per minute is absolutely normal. I do not understand why you have felt this as a problem. That only shows that the heart has extra capacity to supply more blood if needed in strenuous activity. However, it is better if BP is maintained around 130/ 80 mm Hg.
Any idea what is the TSH...more
