Don’t skip meals. Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That...more

Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the details and understand your concern. Since you have hypothyroidism, it is possible that if TSH is not well controlled then obesity may develop. There is no mention of your TSH, T3 & T4 levels. It is necessary to know those.
What is your height? It is necessary to know or calculate BMI (Body Mass Index).
As regards taking tablet Reshape or Orlistat, it hardly helps in Indian diet as our overall intake of fats is not too high. On the contrar...more

Do not look for short cuts or quick fix methods to weight loss and do not believe in anything posted on social media unless it comes through an expert (with genuine degree in the field) and with scientific basis. If you desire to lose weight healthily and sustainably, I would advise you to give your body time to shed weight. Ideally you should lose 3-4 kgs in a month with a wholesome diet and exercise. Focus on high protein, low fat intake and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre foods only. Avo...more
