I am not sure who got you hooked onto sleeping pills. Valium Is highly addictive and harmful. On a longer run they will shrink your brain, resulting in early onset dementia, personality changes, memory changes, even withdrawal seizures. Kindly consult a psychiatrist, get your sleep evaluated, and he will gradually wane you off the sleeping pills and give pills which promote sleep by acting on the cause of sleep disturbance, he may also educate you on sleep hygiene.

Try ashwagandha or tagar natural herbs for sleep correction. Try ayurveda nasya karma and shirodhara which can help you to sleep rather then allopathic medication, as they carry a lot of side effects and are habbit forming. Also, you can try with pranayam and meditation as well, they can help you sleep well.

Dear patient
Valium may provide you with temporary relief from your anxiety but it's prolong use may lead to dependence. If it grief is so prolonged and you still feel need of valium, it cud be untreated depression. You need to consult a psychiatrist who can manage your condition.

The fix: Drugs that stop dizziness by suppressing signals from the vestibular system, such as Ativan (lorazepam) and Valium (diazepam), as well as antinausea drugs like Antivert (meclizine). Acyclovir, which helps suppress herpes outbreaks, may also help.

It will be difficult for her to handle this condition on her own or in the surroundings of her home: she has gotten conditioned to the environment and there will be too many stimulants around her making it really difficult. In the rehabilitation center they will consider her requirements for medication ...more

Hi controlling the diet and walks is the best way to stay off the medicines. Include fibre rich foods, complex carbohydrates, more vegetables and protein rich foods. Walking daily will help the body utilise insulin in a better way thanks.
