Yes 300 mg is very low dose. So, dose has been increased. If still seizures recur then dose has to be increased further or another drug has to be added.

You have to be under neurologist /cardiologist care. Kindly have regular check=ups with them--tell the above problems to them--have investigations and treatment as they prescribe. Don't go for over the counter drugs for these problems. You can have a good normal life with regular prompt supervised treatment. Be happy and confident.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user, it's really tough to be in a situation which you are going through, would you be able to specify how many manic or hypomanic episodes have you had previously.
