You can replace the doze of selzic od with oxetol and both are same drug Oxcarbazepine whereas the Oxetol 150 is half strength. You have to take 2 tablets to match the dose of Selzic OD 300 . When you change tablets you must reduce dose of selzic OD by half

None of the anti epileptic drugs are safe to use during pregnancy but are given in patients as the risk of getting seizures gets high. There are certain newer drugs like leveteracitam and Lamotrigine which are safer to use than those you are using and hence you should try to conceive and should consult your neurologist regarding changing the medicines once you conceive.

Because of side effect of Zenoxa u are feeling more sedative. You tell me about ur seizure pattern. I think u should readjust dose and medicine both.

It would be better if you take your psychiatrist opinion before you plan to go ahead with pregnancy planning. Dear lybrate-user constipation is the most important cause of anal fissure. To relieve constipation- my advise is take plenty of oral liquids high fibre diet syp cremaffin 200 ml - 2 teaspoons before going to bed. I hope you may get alright with this.

the problem ypu are having seems to be Eyelid Myoclonia a not very common condition and frequently requires life long treatment but is adequately controlled. There is no specific exercise, diet etc which control seizure. I would like to change Mazetol to some other drug and/ or increase Rivotril. It can be reasonably controlled

Most of the seizures cannot be treated with surgery and in your case, there is no role for surgery and medicine is good enough
