My penis head is sensitive. Is this the reason why I ejaculate quickly? Even if I masturbate before sex I ejaculate quickly. If I use condom with some gel inside then it takes longer to ejaculate. If I apply numbing cream and do sex without condom also I ejaculate quickly. If I use conform and numbing cream together then it takes little longer. Is this due to sensitivity of my penis head? I have tried stop and start technique but it was not useful. I have used dapoxetine twice and it really did not work. Can you please suggest what can be done for this problem? If I use condom with lidocaine then it takes longer but my erection is not very hard as it was without condom. I want to have sex without condom for more time. I don’t have sex daily. But whenever I have I get this problem. Please suggest me a permanent cure for this. And my penis skin is also thick. I don’t have problem in pulling my skin back but it’s thick and it pains sometimes when I have sex without condom.

Hello-
Causes of premature ejaculation include abnormal hormone and neurotransmitter levels, malfunctioning reflex activity of the ejaculatory system, thyroid disorders, inflammation and infection of the prostate or urethra, abuse to prescription drugs, damage to the nervous system, and elevated stress and anxiety levels. For some men, premature ejaculation is accompanied by other erectile dysfunctions, such as unsustainable erections and excessive precum leakage.

What are hemorrhoids? — Hemorrhoids are swollen veins in the rectum. They can cause itching and pain. Sometimes they can also make you bleed during a bowel movement.
In some cases, you can see or feel hemorrhoids around the outside of the rectum. In other cases, you cannot see them because they are hidden inside the rectum (figure 1).

Hello-
the penile glans, known simply as the penis head, provides males with a hypersensitive area built for stimulation and pleasure. The glans purpose is to provide males pleasure, and similar to the clitoris, serves no other function. For uncircumcised males, the foreskin encasing the glan creates a higher level of sensitivity, while circumcised men experience a decrease in sensation because the foreskin cannot protect the skin.
Most men blame their performance issues on anxiety or pl...more

I was suffering from a lot of pain after passing the stool.  I endured this horrible pain for over an year. But 5 months ago, I visited a general & laparoscopic surgeon and he diagnosed (visual inspection) the problem to be of chronic fissure. He gave me a laxative, some antibiotics and anobliss cream and told me to take these for a month. So here i'm, after 5 months and the pain is still there after passing the stool. And it lasts for many hours in the whole day. After applying the anobliss cream, the pain goes away for a couple of days, but starts again after 3-4 days. So I guess the fissure is recurring again and again. I'm 30 years old obese male, always under stress due to various reasons. And this fissure pain is making it worse. I drink a lot of water (3.5 liter a day) I take duphalac syrup as well as husk every alternate day, but I still pass hard stools sometimes. I'm not highly constipated, because I always have at least one bowel movement every day. Never in my life of 30 years a day has passed without me having a bowel movement. So what could be the reason of hard stool? Anyways, so few days ago, I went to a colorectal surgeon. After inspecting carefully, he said it's not a fissure and those are not anal skin tags. He said, they are anal warts and suggested me to use a lidocaine gel and betadine sits bath. After doing this regularly over the last two weeks, the pain has reduced to a great extent. But now i'm even more worried, after reading about anal warts. I have read online that anal warts are almost always due to hpv virus. And hpv is an std. I have never performed any kind of sexual activity involving another partner. Then how could I get this hpv? What am I supposed to do now? Please help me docs.

* you can consult your doctor for increasing the dose of duphalac to rid of hard stools
* hpv can spread even without intercourse. Hand to genitals, hand to mouth, mouth to mouth, mouth to genitals and sometimes even through skin to skin. A person infected with hpv may not even know he has it and could be spreading it in the meanwhile.
* there are different kinds of hpv, usually the ones that cause warts do not lead to cancer.
However, your colorectal surgeon would be able to assess ...more
