But do not worry. Just start working on it
First check your thyroid, fasting sugars and insulin level.
You will have to be on structured diet plan till you lose weight considerably. Cut down all refined carbohydrates. Completely avoid sugars. Eat more of nuts, lentils and legumes. Fill your tummy with steamed/ boiled vegetables. Start aerobics like walking, swimming and cycling.

Dear Lybrate User, Fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach.
