Hi, I am trying to conceive and I had my first positive OPK at CD14. (I have a 32 day cycle so I did’t expect it this early but anyway) my hubby and I had sex from CD14 through to CD17 and then again just in case on CD20. I had my progesterone checked on CD20 too. It was 22. The doctor said it was good. And my estregone and other hormones were good. But my TSH (thyroid) was low at 0.27 when it should be 0.40 so he said it was about 0.12 lower than it should be. Does this mean I won’t be able to be pregnant this month? I’m So scared. The doctor is sending me for more blood tests as lupus runs in my family. I already have 3 children and had no issue falling pregnant before this. I’ve had a few miscarriages over the years (I’m 35 now). Can you tell me is my TSH crazy low? Will it stop me being pregnant or cause a miscarriage? I’m Sending myself crazy on google. Please help.

No need to panic. Just follow your gynaecologist advise. Worrying is not going to help you. Tsh is lower than it should be but other factors play roles too. So don't panic follow your gynaecologist advise.

I am CD 13, had my ultrasound done today, there are 6 follicles. Endometrial thickness is 9 mm triple line. Follicle sizes are nearing 25 x 15 17 x 12 18 x 13 and so on. There are 4 follicles on right and 2 on left. Going to take HCG shot in evening 7 pm on CD 13. IUI is planned on CD 15. Is everything good for IUI to proceed?

We had unprotected sex from my CD 8 to 12. The next day evening ie on CD 13, I found slight spotting on my tissue paper. We din have Intercourse then onwards. Mid cycle bleeding is common and you should not worry about it. Wait for periods. You can do a urine pregnancy test if delayed.

I was on dhupaston, clomid from January - March, stopped it from April cycle, in April AF was 7 days ahead, now in may am 8 days late now. Cd38. I am on regular cycle of 29 days. CD 27 - BFN CD 31 - BFN Could dhupaston cause delay in periods after its stoppage.

I am trying to conceive. I was on letrozole from CD 3-7 and on CD 9 I had my first ultrasound and there was one follicle of 21 mm. The doc asked to use an hug trigger shot the same day. We had it at around 1.30 pm on Saturday. I had mild ovulation pain on Saturday but in today's ultrasound it shows as 24 mm. The radiologist says it's likely a cyst. But the doc says it will rupture. I am worried. Has the cycle gone for a toss. I usually ovulate by cd15. Pls help.

The follicle size of 21 mm on Day 9 was a bit bigger. If the follicle has not ruptured even after HCG trigger that means you have LUFS. Consult your infertility specialist for further management.

I’m pcos diagnosed i’m on letrozole for ovulation and we’re planning for our second baby. I’m prescribed letrozole 5 mg on cd 3-7. I just wanted to know what is the change if we take on cd-4 or cd-5. I don’t ovulate on my own or get a period on my own. On the second cycle I got conceived and miscarriage occurred around 7 week. After that I had one round of letrozole same days and dosage. Wanted to know do we ovulate the same time with the letrozole plan each cycle. Thank you.

Hai.. If your cycles haven't been regular but you bleed without any drugs to induce it, it means you are producing eggs but they are not maturing.. Starting Letrozole on Day 2 or 3 is for recruiting eggs and on day 4 or 5 is for maturing them on time.. So you can preferably start Letrozole on day 4 or 5 and go for meticulous monitoring of follicular growth and induce ovulation on time.. Hope your husbands physical and sperm factors are all satisfactory.. Best wishes..
