Dear lybrate-user, please do not self medicate and consult a good ent specialist at the earliest. You have not given a proper medical history of your symptoms like do you sneeze often does watery fluid pass from your nose, do you have a blocked nose. What you need is a proper sino-nasal evaluation and throat evaluation. You also did not comment on whether you have cogh dry or associated with plhegm.

You can use azithromycin and if response is not good you have to do a swab culture and select the most useful antibiotic.
