No they are not contra indicated with each other. Generally when clozapine is used, it is used alone in equivalent dose of required antipsychotics for the reason to control symptoms.
Side effects decides about combining two or more drugs generally to reduce side effect of high dose of individual drug.

The psychiatrist will also be able to explain you the causation and mechanism of hallucination and delusion along with potential side effects of the medicines. No there is no permanent cure for schizophrenia. If she is not yet settled then increase dose of sizopin slowly. Go for tlc and dlc.

You can take all these tablets along with acupuncture. Don't stop, especially sizopin and encorate.

It is compulsory to undergo regular blood test (WBC) when on clozapine. If she does not do, she has to be compelled or the medication, changed. Chance of agranulocytosis is 1% and it is the protocol to do, else no other option, but to change medication. All the best.
