Asked for male, 32 years old from Jammu

I am 72 years old male having diabetes since 1999, now I am taking diapride m2 forte 1000 mg tablet one before breakfast and one before dinner. My sugar level was 258 fasting also I am taking meganeuron od+ capsule once before sleep because I had high sugar n high bp mild attack on legs due to which there was severe pain in legs in march 2020 after which I was not not able to stand on my own. My doctor suggested telephonically to take meganeuron od+ due to which now I am able to walk last week in jammu, temperature lower down due 2constant rain, I had body ache n mild fever then I took nimesulide nicip tablet two times after which I got well but two days ago I urinate frequently after 15 mins even my cloths got wet due to uncontrollable urine. Today I checked my sugar level, it was 258 also got my urine routine test in which protein (albumin) & glucose found, rest all readings was normal it's not safe for me to visit doctor in person due to covid, also my son posted far away from my home help.

Sugars are not controlled
because of which you r having diabetic complications like neuropathy and nephropathy firstly get your sugars under control
which will prevent further damage to kidney and nerves your medicines should be reviewed and changed as per your sugar reading you should stary tablets which will or prevent protein albumin in urine.

Dear doctor, this is somanath from bangalore. Today I received an add from Lybrate regarding to purchase of whey protein of nestle company. I am a diabetes type 2 since 5 years. I am taking an allopathic medicine metformin 1000 mg and galvus 50 mg in the morning and the same dose at the night. I am also consuming millet rice daily since 2 months. Now my sugar levels came under control when I check my glucose level in the morning, it shows within 100 and after taken food, after one and half hour, it shows 120 to 135. Now my problem is I cannot sit on the ground, when I do so, my buttock bones touches to the ground and it gives pain. This is happening since 3 months. I am having my esi card and taking my diabetes medicine from the esi hospital. When I said this problem today to the diabetologist, they referred to orthopaedics dept and the orthopaedic doctors given me a gel named nimesulide to apply on the buttock and given becosules syrup. Dear doctor, can I take the whey protein for my buttock pain problem, how long should I take this, now a days my hand, leg,face bones are visible, for this, I am very much disappointed, I hate my body myself. I am 57 years old now. Kindly suggest whether to buy whey protein and how to use it, whether to take with water or with milk. Thanks.

Get your serum vit d test done and if found low (will be most probably) then take supplement for three months.

1 year back my father 58 age already faced brain stroke and we took him to the hospital nd he was well but now he is facing body pain, we already consulted from doctor he gv him medicine but still he is having more pain including high fever 102, can he now use nice tablet, bcoz before gng to doctor he was taken nose nd pain gone but after consulting nothing changes, more pain occurred. please reply fast. Some said gv him nice. Is it ok for him?

It contains nimesulide which is a very harmful drug for liver and kidney and instead of curing headache it will increase your problems.

Better avoid that tablet...as nimesulide is banned in usa and taking it will only reduce the fever for few hours...

While only by proper treatment it can be cured...

Sir/madam I am 28 years old female, for all small things I used to get tensed alot. For years small small symptoms were shown by my body tat something is wrong due to my tension. But in oct 2015 I got so tensed for one family problem. And felt like a lump feeling in my throat and felt lik I can not breath, so went to pulmonologist, he gave me medicines thinking its wheezing. So after 2 days of taking medicines, 1 night at 12 (immediately after menstruation started) my brain and heart both showed worst symptoms and I thought I had heart attack or something and said to my parents that something is gonna happen to me. Thy convinced tat nothing wrong and made me sleep, after getting up in the morning I had d same symptoms, I immediately rushed to cardiologist and took ecg, he said am perfectly alright and said that I suffered from severe anxiety and asked me to drink some cool milk, after many months lump feeling gone, but after tat started to get severe dizziness. And again went to cardiologist, he asked me to consult psychiatrist, so I went to psychiatrist thinking tat since no problem with my heart, I have brain tumor or something. She saw me and said nothing wrong with my body, but I was unable to believe it, she said I have severe anxiety and depression. And prescribed nexito plus and lonazep for one month. I took it and felt good, but immediately after a month I had bad brain zaps (electric jolt lik feeling), so again went to her. Now (dec 2015) she prescribed duleza 20 and d-venizz 50, but I did not take those medicines seeing bad reviews about withdrawal symptoms in net. So without taking those 2 medicines Controlled brain zaps, and I was ok (with minimal symptoms) for few months, but in april 2016 I had earlier symptoms and it was too worst. So again went to the doctor, but while going me and my dad had bike accident and got hurt very badly. So I could not go to the doctor. And returned home. Now (may 2016) I am having all the symptoms (feel like going mad, like about to fall, can not stand at all, so many strange feelings in brain, heart pounding, lik about to get fits, hands legs twitching, right eye swelling after every sleep, and while trying to sleep, feel lik earth is pulling me down->> al these symptoms gets worse after each menstruation) but if isay to my parents about it, no one listening and they are shouting tat am ok and wantedly saying all these. But thy can not understand wat bad is going on inside my body. And my weight is reduced (50 to 48). I am really confused bcos right now I am unable to go to psychiatrist and I want to know can I take those 2 medicines (which I did not take it earlier when doctor prescribed) now-> (duzela 20 and d-veniz 50). Pls help me, daily its like hell. I can not bear at all.!

It must eb difficult to live with such traumatic experinces, everyday. I would strongly suggest you go to your psychiatrist and explain yoir problems and also ask for a modification in ongoing treatment.
If you are not satisfied with your current doctor then see a good neurologist, soon.
Don't wait for things to get worse. Please see your doctor.

HELP NEEDED DESPERATELY My boyfriend, 18 years, is suffering since 9 months. These are the symptoms he describes. Different doctors have given different diagnoses such as Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder and borderline Personality Disorder. There is no improvement since all these months. We need help urgently, please tell us what you think doctors. Chronic Tingling sensation, all day fatigue, chronic weakness in legs, mood and thoughts change in minutes, yawning when fatigued, thoughts and images that are not reverent to what I am thinking, blurred vision and flashy lights 24 hours, no sex drive and chronic decrease in libido since last 1 and a half year, intrusive thoughts of hitting some one from my car once they were troubling me for 24 hours now they come n go, feelings of nerves in fingers, anger,extreme irritability, inflated ego always, spinning vision (once) chronic memory loss, strain remembering things, trouble concentrating, sometimes I think I will recover n I am recovering sometimes I think I will not recover ever and other negative thoughts, muscle twitches, pain in fingers or head, headache, weired thoughts like why are we like this with 2 hands 2 legs etc and other disturbing thoughts, brain fog, brain shocks or brain zaps without any withdrawal of a medication, chest tightness, thinking of first time I am seeing night, dreamlike state, spending,little bit of hallucination, I used to feel nervous excitement before all of this has started, not believing the medications and the doctor, constant feeling of getting misdiagnosed. I was diagnose with health anxiety and depression before took 2 medicine none of them work now diagnosed as bipolar disorder. Lazy,less motivation, pain in knee while stepping stairs ,low vitamin d low b 12 was founded but it got resolved, chest tightness, when I was diagnosed with anxiety and when the medicines were not working I made everyone believe that it is something else like bipolar which is more serious now these medicines (bipolar) are also not working n I think I have anxiety and depression which is in its most severe state n causing me these troubling symptoms. All of this started when I was in my hometown suddenly I felt like fainting n after that for some time my vision got dark which was fine the next day in morning that was the period of time when I used to think that I have hit someone from my car n I used to check again n again n used to seek reassurance and this was the time when I used to think of different ideas of business and used to tell my dad about my creative ideas one-two of them were copied. I always had less motivation but I used to do the things I loved very bravely as in driving for long road trips at a very small age I always used to feel that I am not sleepy everyone around used to get tired when I used to keep driving.

Zapiz should not be used for this purpose, it used to control anxiety for short term. There are better antidepressants, consult a psychiatrist and get evaluated and treated. Getting hooked onto zap might be dangerous to lethal.
