Maybe the dose of antihypertensives needs to be increased or a different class of drugs used or added. The high uric acid levels can also be controlled with either Allopurinol, at doses which are adequate, or with newer drugs which are more effective and safer.

Zyloprim (allopurinol) works well to prevent gout attacks and is cheaper than some alternatives, but it takes a few weeks to start working. Uloric (febuxostat) is a medication you take once daily for gout, but it takes a few weeks to kick in.
Benemid (probenecid) can be used to lower high uric acid levels in people with gout, but it is not a first-choice treatment because it takes a long time to kick in.

Hello Sir,
Gout is curable, you can take medication prescribed by your doctor for this. This may included medications like pain killers/ steroids/ colchicine for acute attack and control of uric acid levels in blood by tablets like allopurinol, febuxostat etc.
It is better to see a doctor who can prescribe you the appropriate medication based on your symptoms and blood uric acid levels.
