Ways to improve testosterone: 1)Don’t overeat. Try to eat balanced amounts of carbs, fat and protein. 2)High levels of stress are bad for your long-term health and can reduce your testosterone levels. 3) Vitamin D3 supplements may boost testosterone levels, especially in the elderly and people who have low blood levels of vitamin D.Vitamin D and zinc have the strongest evidence as testosterone boosters. 4)Make sure you get plenty of high-quality sleep to maintain healthy testosterone levels and ...more

Hello,
Thanks for your question. I am Dr Akshay from Fortis hospital, New Delhi.
I think you are prone to high uric acid levels quiet often.
My advise is to make dietary modification which means less amount of red meat and especially rice, but you should go to a dietician and get a diet chart made to be strictly followed till your levels come down to normal values.
Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

Thanks & Regards

You have to drink a lot of water and avoid purine rich meats and this is not too high now Most of it is excreted (removed from your body) in your urine, or passes through your intestines to regulate "normal" levels. Normal Uric acid levels are 2.4-6.0 mg/dL (female) and 3.4-7.0 mg/dL (male). Normal values will vary from laboratory to laboratory. Also important to blood uric acid levels are purines. To reduce the uric acid levels in blood, you may need to limit intake of alcohol, sugary foods and...more
