Good evening lalithai. Extensive ringworm will require treatment in the form of antifungal tablets/capsules and creams/lotions. Diet modifications will not cure a ringworm infection. Kindly consult a qualified dermatologist and avoid self treatment of ringworm.

Hi. You may be suffering from fungal infection of groin area for which differnt medications are available like topical luliconazole/ sertaconazole and oral cap itraconazole. U can use cetaphil moisturizer but it won't be helpful if the condition is due to fungal infection. Keep the area clean, do regular washing and ironing of clothes. Thanks.

Panderm cream contains steroids which suppress symptoms and do not cure the disease. Antifungal tablets and creams in correct dosage can be prescribed after a consult with a certified dermatologist. Do not use panderm cream.
