Dear Lybrate user, xylometazoline and oxymetazoline are almost same. Both are used to dilate the blood vessels in the nose to remove the nasal block as occurs in cold and allergy. However, the oxymetazoline is used in children who cannot use the xylometazoline.

Hi Lybrate-user. If it is allergy, don't use xylomist drops until your nose is completely blocked. Also, you have to take anti allergy tablets. The day you stop tablets, it will re occur. Start yoga and you will feel little relieved and you will require medicines for less number of days.

Hi lybrate-user. I understand your problem. But I would like to tell you this is absolutely normal for boys. This is very natural. When ever you get sexually aroused, this fluid is going to come out from your penis. It is called preseminal fluid. It is secreted from few glands and meant to lubricate the act of your sexual intercourse. It happens to everyone. Have a great day ahead!

This appears like Ear drum perforation as a result of cold and middle ear infection. Ear must be kept dry with no liquid entry of any type. Wipe outside with cotton buds. You require aggressive treatment of nose congestion, cold and chronic infection. Once dry Ear drum reconstruction surgery may be considered. See ENT Specialist for the management.
