1. Don't Overeat
2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.

Start with mild cardio exercise during the day. take proper care of your meals. it should be at the interval of every 2-3 hours. if you have tried things than you can get your constitution check and go accordingly, that will help you tobget to know about the heat disbalalnce of the body. after that you can choose food as per your requirement only.

The medication you mention is quite safe and methylphenidate is usually not combined with any other medications that lower the seizure threshold in patients that are already at risk for seizures, including but not limited to those who are in active withdrawal from alcohol and under treatment for the same.
