I got fissure in march and consult physician taken medicines but not cured. After 2 months consult surgeon and he told me that required spinchtroctomy and given a cream nifedipine and lidocaine cream. I'm not ready for surgery and used this cream and after couple of weeks I didn't get any pain or blood loss. So I thanked that fissure may be healed. Yesterday I saw blood on the stool and after passing stool also blood is coming drop by drop. What should I do? Can I go for surgery. Is there any side effects of surgery. Any alternatives to surgery? I'm strictly following diet rules and drinking lot of water but no use.

My penis shaft is hyper sensitive, I have used lidocaine cream, but it is not useful to me. Even if touched to my shaft it feels tingling sensation and discharge soon. I used to wash in only water but can't hold a sec to discharge as a result I have pe and ed due to this. After the erection is discharged, I have taken lots of medicine like tadacip 20, tada fill 10, e fill, suhagra, pari 10, but results are temporary, can't satisfy my wife completely, even we want to try for our 2 nd baby. Can't hold and can't satisfy due to this.

So my wife has a "problem" with her vaginal opening, the pubic bone is protruding into her vagina and pushing her urethra into her vagina, making any penetration, even sometime my finger painful. We tried all types of things, lubes, wideners (4 sizes and we were only able to put the first 2, the third was impossible). 2 sizes of plastic speculum, (only the small was successful and only into the first step and it was very painful), we even got an anal balloon (and I was barely able to enter). My wife has an issue with other people touching her, she did visit a gyneco locally, but it was a generic answer: all is normal, apply lube and use wideners. I made a couple of pictures on photoshop to explain what is most likely her case (since we only got my finger to try to figure out what is happening inside) the pubic bone is pushing the urethra to the vaginal opening, it can be felt without pushing upwards at all what can be the solution? Other than trying lubes, lidocaine, wideners etc. Thanks.

I cannot comment on the bony deformity of the pelvis till she is examined & proper x ray & 3d ct scanning is done. If the bony architecture turns out to be okay then you need to follow gynae. Advice. If she is found entirely normal physically then you need to consult a psychiatrist.

My age 35, male. I have anal fissure problem since two months. I have used pilex tab & pilex forte ointment, but not cured anal fissure. My anal muscles (sphincter) very tight & outside anal muscles swelling there. Swelling not decreasing. Pain while going to washroom. How can I relax anal muscles (sphincter) (means loose anal muscles) present I am in africa. I have ointment cream gel (diltiazem hydrochloride 2 % w/w) escot cream (nifedipine & lidocaine cream) diltigesic organogel (diltiazem 2 % organogel) in this above ointment cream, which one relax anal (sphincter) muscles & reduce swelling how can I use this cream, can I put cream only outside anal muscles or even inside anal area can I put within how many days, can I cure swelling & relax anal muscles please answer fast thanks & regards waiting for your reply.

Hello... nefedipine + lidocaine combo is good..
use it thrice a day. Apply it all around with your finger and also push a bit inside with your finger. Do warm sits baths for 10 minutes before applying it.
Also avoid constipation..

It is a normal thing. It may or may not cause pain while intercourse depends on severity of tightening due to the connection. It will definitely not go on its own or during intercourse. If it hurts routinely or during intercourse then is the only indication to undergo a frenuloplasty or circumcision depending upon your case findings.
