Namaste. Agar doctors ne isi illness ke consultation ke baad medicine di hai, to jarur dena Chahiye. Aap Syp. Xpect LS three times de sakate ho. Xpect LS me wo ingredients hote hai jo cough aur chest congestion me kaam aate hai. Agar abhi ke illness ke liye paediatrician se consult nahi kiya hai to achcha ye hoga ki aap doctors ko consult karane ke baad hi use koi medicine de dijiye.

1. Do a complete blood examination like cbc, esr, mantoux test, x ray chest, sputum examination for afb.
2. Consult chest physician with report.
3. If all reports are normal it could be due to allergy. Do an allergy test after consulting allergist/immunologist and follow the advice and treatment
4. Do warm saline gurgling 3-4 times daily,
5. Avoid smoking if you smoke.
6. Consult me for further advice.
