Hello, Clofazamine does produce pigmentation as a side effect due to deposition of the drug. It has a half life of 70 days. So majority of them the pigmentation is reversed on discontinuing the treatment. You can protect your skin with sunscreen now and wait for 3 months after the treatment stopped for it to reverse. If it persist there are creams and lasers available to reduce the skin tone.

Vitamin B and C are water soluble vitamins and only needed amounts are retained by the body and excess is excreted in urine giving yellowish discolouration to urine. You may take these vitamins daily but anything more than daily requirement will be a waste.
