Eat lot of fruits & green leafy vegetables & drink plenty of water. Avoid drinking anything hot. You may need coronoplasty (smoothening of teeth edges). 1. Check your hemoglobin, bp.
2. Avoid stress, anxiety, severe physical and mental exertion
3. Take adequate rest and sleep for 7-8 hours daily to remain healthy
4. Have good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits etc
5. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily)
6. Take one capsule of revital woman daily after breakfast

I will suggest you to Get your blood checked for CBC Tsh and follow up with reports and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout’s can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

R you stressed?Take adequate sleep. Sleep deprivation can cause dark circles.
Use some sunblock with spf (at least 50) every time you go out in sun.
U can do the following
1. Tomatoes--mix one teaspoon of tomato juice with one and a half teaspoon of lemon juice.
Gently apply this mixture on your dark circles and allow it to sit for 10 minutes.
Rinse it off well with cool water.2. Cucumber- vcut a fresh cucumber into thick slices and chill it for about 30 minutes.
