I have muscle pain in between the joints of leg and waist from two weeks. What should I do?

My mother (58+ yrs) is currently under treatment for Hypothyroidism (Eltroxin 50 mcg), Hypertension (Olmezest 20 mg) & Osteoarthritis (stage-2) in knee joints. Since past couple of days, she feels cramp on the right foot, which pains specially during walking, rather than resting positions. She had applied 'Oxalgin Nanogel' but the pain seems to increase gradually. Although there is no swelling on the foot or ankle, but the veins of the foot look more prominent than normal. She had faced similar problems (on either left or right foot but not both) 5-6 times in past 3-4 months, but had never happened before. Is it simply a muscle cramp or, something serious (e.g. Related to heart, kidney or liver issues) ?

This is a general strain due to excessive walking or standing and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes. I have lower back strains and sprains from 6 months, but report is normal, x-ray is normal but still I have pain and I have many painkiller like pregalin 75 mg and methylcobalamin 500 mcg and voveran, ibuprofen 400 and diclofenac, domperidone but I did not get enough relief from all of these medicines, please suggest any medicine to get permanent relief from this.

Yes. Both the injection and drug are safe to use in pregnancy. Try taking a thin pillow/no pillow while you sleep and local diclofenac gel can help too. Thanx.

Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder.
Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it.
SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL
Use no pillow under the head.
DO HOT FOMANTATION.
Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days.
Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10.
Do neck, back & general exercises.
