Hello sir.
In the beginning you will have some side effects of the medication you are having and over the time period you may start tolerating the meds. The govt Dr. has given you the therapy that is given as per government's protocols, though new regimes are now in the who's latest protocols. Please see, since it is a life long therapy it is better to discuss your symptoms with your treating doctor. Thanks.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
A drug allergy occurs when your immune system mistakenly identifies a drug as a harmful substance, such as a virus or bacterium. Once your immune system detects a drug as a harmful substance, it will develop an antibody specific to that drug. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

This is the treatment. If culture is negative you have no infection and I cannot see a reason for prostatitis as you say.

The antibiotic trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole and the H2-blocker cimetidine are 2 commonly used drugs that decrease the secretion of creatinine. This can result in a self-limited and reversible increase in the serum creatinine level of as much as 0.4 to 0.5 mg/dL (depending on baseline serum creatinine level).
