U100 and u40 is different. If you will commit mistake in that than there can be dangerous outcome.And your sugar will go haywire. And also both insulin is different. Ask your diabetologist about it.

If there is localized backache than radiation treatment may be the right choice for the time being. Though it won't cure lung cancer. It may help in resolving the local pain.
