Hello. The time when you have your fruits are very important. It is important to not have any fruit during your major meals, like lunch dinner. Always have it as a snack, without any other carb source with it. If taken with the other meals, the fructose in the fruits gets converted to fats which may be responsible for the weight gain. Thus eating fruits is not bad, but eating fruits at the right time of the day is what is necessary.

Urine Pregnancy test should be done 10 days after missing your period. For example if your date was 10th, then do the test on 20th. Before that it can give false negative or false positive test
So wait for 3more days n do the test.

I don't think by eating all these you will get your periods. Were they very regular before this
Is there any chances of pregnancy.
If no, then Its absolutely normal. Whatever is your cycle days plus minus seven days is absolutely normal. Like in your case your cycle is of 28 days, so your periods can come between 21 days (28-7=21) to 35 days (28+7=35). This is considered normal.

Hello, yes you can consume even papaya during pregnancy, but not the seeds or the seed stalk. Th papaya seeds contain papain and not teh bulk of fruit.
