You are having allergic rhinitis with allergic conjunctivitis. Any over the counter steroid nasal spray along with anti allergic eye drops like olopatadine should help.

Hi lybrate-user. Use a glasses that fully covers your eyes. Or better use full helmet. As because of dryness of eyes this is occuring.
Also for weight you may take homoeopathic medicine
Alfalfa Q 10 drops in water before meals.
For further treatment you will need to consult properly.

You most probably have an allergic disorder. Headache can be due to allergic sinusitis and eye pain due to allergic conjunctivitis. It is recommended you consult a pulmonologist and undergo an allergic workup
in the interim you can use olopatadine 0.1% eye drops one drop twice daily to both eyes and tab montek one tablet daily morning
use the drops and tablet even if you do not have any symptoms also for one month continuously.
