Olmesartan and amlodipine are used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). Lowering high blood pressure helps prevent strokes, heart attacks, and kidney problems.Clonazepam is for helping sleep and these drugs are not kanown to cause sexula dysfunction . You should have told your age . If you are diabetic and hypertenscie the sexula dysfunction are a result and you need to control the diseases

I have seen the details given. I learn that you have Hypothyroidism and hypertension. But there is absolutely no mention of necessary details like T4, T3 & TSH levels, BP readings, dosage of Levothyroxine being taken and also dosage of other drugs taken. Without any of these details, it is difficult to give any opinion.
In pregnancy first choice drug for hypertension is Methyledopa, then Labetolo and Nifedipine. Olmesartan is contraindicated.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user, follow the following routine for better control of your hypertension. 1) lifestyle modifications: yoga/exercise with diet rich in green leafy vegetables and healthy fats. 2) a routine night sleep at least 6-8 hrs
3) pharmacotherapy: currently you are on olmesartan 20 mg. Keep recording your bp once in every 15 days
4) connect with your doctor if you are symptomatic (headache, blurred vision, palpitations).

I have seen the details. Your blood glucose seems very well controlled. Please check HbA1c% that ould give a much clearer picture. BP is quite low. You stop the tablet Olmesartan for a few days and check again. As regards weight loss it is difficult to say why it has occurred or occurring. If you have any questions please do come back. Thanks.
