My wife will be doing embryo transfer soon. Last time, we went to the doctor and he said her endometrium lining is too thin to do the transfer. He has now given her dose of 8 mg progynova to take per day. Will this help for lining to get at least to 10 or 11 mm which our doctor says is ideal for implantation. Or any advice you can give? Regards.

But human body does not always work as we want.
Nature is supreme power and we cannot do everything artificially.
Even if the endometrium is at right levels there is no guarantee of successful implant.
My suggestion is to take homoeopathic treatment side by side.

It means there is no pregnancy and I am sure before undergoing ivf you must have known that success rate is about 40 % that means in about 60 % it fails. Another cycle can be done to improve result but never with surity.

No, it will not cause any problem
naturogest contains micronized progesterone.
When taken vaginally it's more effective. If taken orally it's effect is less continue taking it vaginally.

Around 12 days after embryo transfer you can get bhcg levels tested which would confirm pregnancy. If abdomen is feeling very tight, do consut your doctor. Progesterone can cause constipation.
