Hi. The most important thing is to stay positive and relaxed! Take bed rest for 2 days, after that you can do light work. Avoid papaya, pineapple and Chinese food. Avoid constipation, you can take Syrup duphalac at bedtime for it. Have plenty of fluids and a high fibre diet.
No lifting of any heavy lifting or any strenuous exercise. No relations with husband. Meditate for a calm mind and continue all medicines as advised by your doctor. All the best!
