Uric acid is quite high. You should control it within limits. Take animal protien free diet and also reduce protein from other sources. Avoid spinach, green leafy saag.

You will have to continue to take that medication. Plus avoid food containing high amount of purines like red meat, organ meat, certain fishes like scallop, herring, salmon, mushrooms, mussels, shell fish etc. There is no complete cure for this condition. Thanks.

You will have to continue taking the prescribed medication. Uric acid level will slowly reduce. Simultaneously, stop taking foods having high purines like red meat, organ meat, certain sea food, sweetened aerated drinks like colas, alcohol. That should help. Thanks.

Uric acid mentioned (12.8 mg/100 ml) is definitely quite high. Please let me know what are the problems you have associated with this situation. That is do you have gouty arthritis?
Using Febstat is one of the major treatment for reducing uric acid. Plus avoiding foods containing high purines like a number of fish varieties, red meat particularly organ meat like liver, kidney etc.

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit and price needs to be confirmed at its retail outlets.
