No, swelling feet is nota side effect of any of these medicines. Leg swelling generally occurs because of an abnormal accumulation of fluid in the tissues of the lower extremity. You should at least get some investigations to rule out secondary complications of hypertension in form of cbc, rft, rbs, lipid profile, ecg, echo, fundus examination.
