You should at least get some investigations to rule out secondary complications of hypertension in form of cbc, rft, rbs, lipid profile, ecg, echo, fundus examination. Metosartan is a combination of Telmisartan and metoprolol.
Nebicard is a medicine which belong to same drug class as metoprolol. Taking both is not suggested.
So you should not start nebicard and continue with Metosartan in the morning and Telmisartan in evening.
