Cook a handful of rice in a half a lit of water in an open pan. When rice is ready don’t throw the residue water drink reason this water when it remains that much hot that you can consume. I will tell you better then both... Use homoeopathic cream Topi Berberis to apply locally twice or thrice daily as time permits...

But it is better to take internal medicine by proper consultation for permanent results...as local application only relieves temporarily..
