Hello, High WBC count indicates infection or some other blood disorder. High WBC count does not affect development of pimples. Pimple are caused when sweat and sebaceous glands are blocked and infected. Keep you face clean and use a sebum reducing face wash to control oily skin. If you have pimples an oral antibiotic and local antibiotic gel will help reduce the infection and inflammation thus reducing scaring and pigmentation. Consult a dermatlogist.

The normal number of WBCs in the blood is 4,500 to 11,000 WBC per microliter (4.5 to 11.0 × 109/L). Normal value ranges may vary slightly among different labs. Some labs use different measurements or may test different specimens. Your result can be taken as normal.
